MGM Alliance is seeking applicants for a Maintenance Handyman role in Karratha for a long-term facilities maintenance contract.
Our Ideal Candidate Is:
- Residing in Karratha WA
- Available for IMMEDIATE Start
- Adaptable skills with previous experience in a similar role assisting with maintenance of facilities
- Motivated to meet pre-employment requirements quickly e.g. return paperwork, complete online inductions, successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Able to work Mon-Fri,9hr days
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Handle general handyman tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be fit and understand the correct manual handling procedure
- Able to work Monday to Friday 9hr days
- C Class drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle
- High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service skills and communication
