Job Summary: The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining of our Forrestfield premises buildings and yard maintenance requirements.This is a hands on role including performing various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a critical role in the business providing reactive and non-reactive maintenance repairs maintaining to ensure we maintain and meet our operational and audit requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning and office relocations. Painting including interior blocks, doors, gates and any other areas as necessary.
