As a Junior Maintenance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities
- Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
- Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries
- Oversee contractors onsite
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with property and building management teams to ensure facility needs are met
- Previous experience in 1 - 2 years+ Facilities Management or building maintenance role.
- Trade background preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
