About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Officer to join our transformation team and assist with all things handy to keep all of The Boathouse Group venues operating to their optimal capacity. In this role you will:
- Perform maintenance of buildings and furniture;
- Get into venue care and detailing;
- Keep on top of logistics - planning and scheduling repairs;
- Manage maintenance budget;
- Ensure excellent record keeping and communication with other stakeholders.
Relevant handyperson or tradesperson experience is required to be successful in this role.
About You
To be the perfect addition to The Boathouse Group, you will have prior experience in a maintenance or tradesperson role. You’ll also have:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- A problem-solving and a solutions-focussed approach;
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
