We have an opportunity for a Planner/ Scheduler to join our team at our site in Maryvale.The key focus of this role will be to:
- Schedule of maintenance work as per the Work-Flow process.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure that maintenance work is scheduled to meet business priorities.
- Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance schedules.
- Working with Superintendents to ensure optimum allocation of internal and external resources.
- Publishing the maintenance schedules.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of maintenance work execution.
- Participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Workflow systems, processes and procedures and ensure their alignment with meeting business objectives.
- Provide technical scheduling expertise and management.
- Scheduling experience (this is a requirement)
- Planning experience
- Experience working in an industrial setting
- Experience in utilizing CMMS systems (SAP experience would be highly regarded)
- Trade qualifications/ experience would be viewed favourably
- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritization skills and attention to detail
