The Position
This Delta FM role supports our operational teams in both the Surat Basin (Qld) & the Cooper Basin (SA). Therefore, it is a time critical role that is high-paced and attention to detail is crucial to the success of this role. You will be able to think on your feet and act accordingly.
It is a Brisbane based role and will be responsible for effectively assisting with the overall function of the Maintenance Support team in providing best service and outcomes to support the Delta FM business model, our commitment in becoming the provider of choice within the Facilities Management sector.
This is predominantly a Monday-Friday role, however there could be additional work outside of normal work hours based on operational/business requirements.
The Position
- Approve and complete work orders
- Raise purchase orders
- Generate supplier and contractor invoicing, goods receivable and receipting of goods
- Manage overdue work orders for both in house and contractor staff
- Assign work orders to maintenance team and/or contractors as required
- Compile asset register information to load into CMMS through data analysis and onsite asset audits
- Generation of monthly PM work orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to generate quotations
- Reporting of Work order Activity and KPI's
- Some travel to remote sites throughout Australia is required
- Additional duties and/or tasks as directed by the Manager
The Person
- Strong administrative background working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the use of Computer-based maintenance management systems to schedule reactive, preventative and condition-based maintenance activities, and report status of work order completion such as PRONTO-Xi or other Maintenance Management / ERP Systems
- Prior experience within the Resources and/or Oil and Gas/Construction Industries
- Prior experience with resource scheduling of teams across multiple client sites
- Prior experience in administering guided training sessions in person and remotely via the internet.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, email, mobile devices, internet
- Great communication skills
