As a public sector entity, South Gippsland Water is a Victorian Water Corporation responsible for water and wastewater service provision for over 22,000 customers located in 22 towns across a Service Delivery area of more than 4,000 square kilometres. We manage, maintain, and operate 8 water and 12 wastewater systems.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a suitably skilled and qualified person to join SGW in the role of Maintenance & Service Delivery Manager. The key requirements of the role are:

• Experience in delivery of business outcomes through development and delivery of complex multi-asset maintenance programs for water and sewerage infrastructure or equivalent. 

• Demonstrated effectiveness managing multiple teams across multiple sites, of both field and office-based employees. 

• Advanced skills in applying Asset Management principles and practices to analyse, implement and evaluate maintenance programs that respond to organisational needs. 

• Proven ability to apply innovation and lead change.

• Ability to manage planning and project functions including the development of strategies, business cases, management reviews and budget management.

• Highly developed communication skills across a range of audiences and format.
