We are seeking an energetic and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team based in the Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage new and existing client-focused day-to-day service requirements and projects to ensure we provide our clients with intentional, strategic, and thoughtful experiences. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assist with client query resolution; routing questions and enquiries internally as appropriate, securing satisfactory answers and responding to clients promptly
- Identify technology gaps in your client base and liaise with the Commercial team to ensure your clients have the latest and greatest technology on site.
- Manage and develop a local team of technicians
- Own existing and new client-focused projects including but not limited to system updates and additional functionality rollout.
- Manage new client implementation activities, including set up of client locations, testing, and internal communications, as well as define project scope, schedule, and task lists
- Coordinate communications between internal and client marketing teams and escalate queries and issues when appropriate
- Ensure incoming client communications are addressed and triaged promptly
- Maintain and update all documentation of client-related tasks, both open and completed
- Work with National Account & Service Delivery Manager to retain and develop client partnerships and grow revenue.
- Ensure management is made aware of any major disruptions to ensure rapid escalation
To be a successful member of our team, you will not only need to demonstrate at least three years’ experience in a similar role but you will:

- A problem-solver at heart with the ability to bring multiple solutions to the table
- An excellent communicator and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff/clients
