We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for an organization in Perth's Western suburbs, 6 Minutes' drive out of the CBD.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours, and is due to start as soon as possible. You'll be working with a supportive team, in a great location not far from the CBD.
You'll receive a competitive hourly rate, and weekly pay from PERSOLKELLY. You'll also be provided with ongoing support and customer service from PERSOLKELLY throughout your contract.
In terms of your experience, you'll ideally have:
- Supervise programs, including street sweeping, drainage and sump cleaning, Maintenance, street light inspections and street cleaning and pavements.
- Supervise 2 staff members and external contractors.
- Inspection of crossovers and other minor private civil works to ensure compliance.
- Inspection of both private and utility works.
- Assist with planning traffic management for construction works.
- Coordinate graffiti removal contractors.
- Responding to community and stakeholder queries
