Northern Star has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Mechanical Maintenance team at our Kanowna Belle Operations in Kalgoorlie, on a residential basis. As the Maintenance Supervisor at Kanowna Belle, you will report to the Maintenance Superintendent, and the primary role is to lead the Maintenance Operations team in a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet statutory, Company and OHS&E and company operational standards within the Maintenance Department. ** This is a residential role based at our Kanowna Belle Operations on a 5/2/4/3 roster (10 hour days) and enjoy a long weekend every two weeks. The successful applicant will reside in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Region. ** Required qualifications: Frontline management or equivalent desirable.
