SalaryMeriton Suites is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support our celebrated Campbell Street property in Sydney CBD.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will work to ensure our property is safe, well maintained and well presented. You will work as part of high performing maintenance team.

Your key responsibilities
- Fitting, testing, repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings, including lightbulbs, windows, doors, and handrails.
- Performing basic plumbing maintenance and repairs on taps, basins and toilets.
- Performing basic carpentry, including hanging and replacing doors and operating power tools.
- Performing minor welds to fabricate or repair fixtures.
- Checking safety equipment such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and alarms.
- Reporting requirements for significant repairs to management.
- Clearing gutters and common areas of rubbish and debris.
- Applying and repairing paint and plaster.
- Changing locks on doors and windows.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work unsupervised.
- Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
- Professional approach in dealing with guests and other staff members whilst carrying out your daily tasks.
