The primary purpose of the position is to supervise a team to provide excellent customer service to all QBuild customers & members of the public through the QBuild customer contact channel. The role’s objective is to effectively manage, action & monitor all internal and external correspondence, as well as all incoming & outgoing calls, to ensure that responsive maintenance services are provided in a timely & professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor and coach a team of administrative staff in their daily duties and responsibilities, by providing effective supervision, performance management, training and support.
- Provide efficient and quality customer service to QBuild customers, including coordinating responses from escalated partner queries, ensuring a high quality service through the use of interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes/complaints where necessary.
- Actively contribute to and foster a positive, professional and inclusive team culture, as well as actively participate in and contribute to internal activities.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems.
- Develop, contribute and implement administrative processes that support improved practices and processes to ensure effective operations, high standards of service delivery and achievement of business outcomes.
- Prepare, contribute to, oversee and maintain various reports, as required by the business.
