The Management role at KFC - Southern Restaurants Group is responsible for creating, overseeing, and leading an exceptional customer experience for all guests and customers in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and create a team environment that is centered on customer satisfaction and team contributions.
The Manager must be able to consistently maintain the highest level of customer service standards possible in the restaurant setting. They will be responsible for making sure all staff are properly trained, and that the staff adhere to all safety and health standards. The Manager is also responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified personnel, while monitoring and evaluating employee performance. Additionally, the Manager must ensure accurate cash report, as well as overseeing inventory.
The Manager must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be a team leader who can work collaboratively with their staff to ensure that all customers and guests have a wonderful dining experience.
