Job Title: Management Accountant

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiasticManagement Accountantto join our clients team in Bibra Lake.

This role involves conducting productivity reviews, managing capital expenditure and progressively taking on full financial responsibilities for this Civil Construction business. We welcome newly qualified accountants as our client will provide ample training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed productivity reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and monitor capital expenditure projects.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Take a leading role in transitioning to new financial software (currently using Vista Viewpoint).
• Support senior management with financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent).
• Experience or strong interest in contracting or mining sectors is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial software; experience with Vista Viewpoint is a plus.
• Passionate about leading change and improving processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
