They are currently seeking a talented and detail-orientated Management Accountant to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant is crucial in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to assist in strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the success and growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
- Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including investment analysis and business case development.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems and processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- CPA / CA qualification or working towards.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
