The role
Available is an opportunity to join an iconic public transport service provider – Transdev Sydney Ferry as our Management Accountant. In this role you will play a key role in providing timely and accurate financial information to support the delivery of internal and statutory timetables and requirements under the direction of the Finance Manager.
The role will see you undertake the analysis of financial transactions, comparison to budget and projection of future transactions. Balance sheet reconciliation analysis and other reporting as required. A key element of the role will include partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be working 5 days in the office in our Barangaroo location, very close to Wynyard Station.
What you bring
We are looking for someone with previous accounting experience within a business environment and have formal Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Business. CPA/CA Qualified.
Someone with strong business and analytical acumen with understanding on accounting and financial reporting principles, systems and practices.
With excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, you will excel in being able to adapt to changing priorities without reducing the quality and attention to your work. This is a role for someone who excels in providing strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to work as part of a team.
