JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involves:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join us in Sydney.As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the month-end accruals and reporting process, providing detailed analysis and commentary to budget and forecast, and delivering results to one of our well-esteemed clients.Whilst this is a hybrid role, in order to comply to our Client’s requirement, you must be based in Sydney with ability to attend our Sydney CBD office.What this role involves:
- Coordinate the month-end accruals and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage the annual budget processes, including key data establishment and analysis of outcomes
- Oversee the forecast processes, including key data establishment, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with portfolio leads to manage and achieve the budget and forecast, identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Continuously identify and implement reporting, process, and control improvements
- Engage and support both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and improve existing processes and procedure documents
- Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc queries and communication between different portfolios
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, JLL, and client policies
- You must be able to undertake security clearance as part of the Client’s requirement and our recruitment process
- Advanced financial analytical and reporting skills, with experience in accounting or finance functions
- Over 5 years of experience in budget preparation and forecasting in a complex commercial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse range of client representatives and JLL stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think strategically, innovate, and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Tertiary education in accounting/finance and formal qualifications or progress in Finance (CPA/CA) highly regarded
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Sound working knowledge of accounting principles and systems
- Previous experience in the property industry would be advantageous
