Dux Hot Water is part of the global hot water powerhouse, Noritz Corporation. With annual global sales of over $2bn, 15 manufacturing facilities located across Japan, China, and Australia and nearly 10,000 employees, Noritz provides Dux Hot Water with undeniable scale and hot water expertise.
Dux is recruiting for a management accountant to join our finance team based in Moss Vale.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:
· Maintaining records against capital WIP and completed projects on the asset register.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting including variance analysis and supporting worksheets of key accounts.
· Record payroll processing into the general ledger, including all payroll related costs. Analyse direct labour to identify direct labour rate and efficiency variances.
· Support the preparation and lodgement of relevant taxes, including but not limited to FBT, Payroll Tax, BAS & PAYG, Transfer pricing and Income tax in both Australia and New Zealand.
· Support the budgeting process including the review of product standards.
· Update sales price list as required.
· Provide support and information to the Operations staff on an as required basis.
YOUR BACKGROUND
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience, traits and qualifications:
· Degree qualified in accounting
· CPA preferred
· Accounting experience in medium to large manufacturing organisation
· Experience with ERP system
· Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential
· Advanced skills in Excel

Salary: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
