KingKira is passionate about innovation and growth and is now seeking a talented, qualified, and suitably experienced Management Accountant to join its Finance team in a key business partnering role to support the current growth strategy in providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
The role is based at the Group’s Head Office, in a convenient riverside location in Perth’s southern suburbs.
Reporting to the CFO and working collaboratively with General Management and the wider Environmental Services business, this role will be the primary Finance resource of the Group’s largest division and will successfully support and add value in the division’s execution of major new contracts.
The key responsibilities of the role consist of but not limited to the following:
- Develop and drive continuous improvement in financial and management reporting, operational analysis, and forecasts.
- Support the month end management reporting process, managing the transaction base and production of monthly reports.
- Preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts.
- Collaborate with contract administrators, providing financial solutions to stakeholders on an on-going and ad-hoc basis.
- Produce and maintain key information for project tenders and customer reporting.
- Manage standard costing processes, asset, and labour utilisation reporting.
- Assist and support asset Capital Expenditure Proposals and asset reporting.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor of Business Degree and CPA/CA qualification or progress towards.
- Several years’ experience in a similar role encompassing, project controls, cost controls, contract support, management accounting and analysis.
- Well-developed written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in MS Office suite of products, superior Excel skills and intuitive ERP system skills.
- Organised, ability to solve problems, work to deadlines and -solving skills and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
