Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team in the Upper Hunter Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain accounting systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets
- Oversee inventory management and cost control processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA or CPA qualification
- 3+ years post qualification experience
- Suit accounting professional with agricultural background/clients
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
