Job Title:Management Accountant
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to underpin strategic decision-making by the management team.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variance analyses.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to formulate and manage budgets effectively.
- Assist in crafting financial forecasts to guide organisational planning.
- Monitor and analyse costs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Offer insights into cost drivers and recommend measures to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights to support long-term planning and decision-making.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end closing processes.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and swiftly address emerging issues.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the broader finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster strong working relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet stringent deadlines.
