We are now seeking applications for an experienced Management Accountant in our Sydney office in our Capital Advisory team, particularly those who have a passion for making a difference and working with a values-based team.
As an experienced Management Accountant you will work with our clients to provide strategic advice that reshapes their business for sustainable success through provision of the following key areas:
- Commercial advice
- Commercial due diligence
- Separation / integration /JV planning and support
- Financial modelling and providing model audits and reviews
- Business cases
- Feasibility studies
- Capital and Project structuring advice
- Project / Renewable Energy / Energy Efficiency Finance
- Green/Social/Transition/Blended Finance
- Social Taxonomies Financial Analysis
- Structured & Asset Finance
- Corporate & Leverage Finance
- IFRS / International GAAPs
- Negotiation techniques
- Strategy Development
- Providing commercial advice relating to financial reporting, asset valuation, cost management, pricing & forecasting including for carbon pricing and energy transition projects.
- Advise on submissions to Government and provide capital & project structuring advice, relating to the strategic governance of organisations.
- Providing accurate reporting to management, in order to assist with strategic decision making.
