We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant wanting to develop their career and shape a growing business. This role reports directly to the Commercial Manager and will work closely with other Finance Executives within the Wilson Group.

Description
Key Duties include:
- Preparing monthly profit and loss statements and reports.
- Provide management with insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Getting involved in the operations to influence and change outcomes.
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation and managing debtors.
- Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budgets, in consultation with the business.
- Review commercial proposals and tender bids (a good understanding of how to interpret Industrial instruments and calculate BOOT would be beneficial)
- Assist with the annual audit
Profile
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of payroll and boot test would be an added advantage
- Accomplished communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
