Wilson Medic One provides strategic and alternative service solutions including ambulance and patient transfer services, medical placements, emergency response and event medical solutions. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping this growing business.
Description
Key Duties include:
- Preparing monthly profit and loss statements and reports.
- Provide management with insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Getting involved in the operations to influence and change outcomes.
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation and managing debtors.
- Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budgets, in consultation with the business.
- Review commercial proposals and tender bids (a good understanding of how to interpret Industrial instruments and calculate BOOT would be beneficial)
- Assist with the annual audit
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of payroll and boot test would be an added advantage
- Accomplished communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
