About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will offer crucial support, providing both financial and management accounting for a growing division of the business. From reporting and analysis through to cashflow the successful candidate will deliver the following.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing financial statements, analysing trends and key performance indicators.
- Completing month-end procedures and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Providing ad hoc reports to the Financial Controller and Executive team.
- Collaborating with the Financial Controller to conduct business and financial analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Managing accounts receivable function including maintaining collections (payment arrangements)
- Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with the Senior Management Accountant and the FC
- Assist with and play a key role in the introduction of BI reporting for the wider business
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by the CFO and FC
We're looking for a CA/CPA qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally in an operational business with complexity. We are searching for someone who excels in critical thinking, adept at breaking down complex problems and can support internal stakeholders with insights and reporting. With well-developed interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage, success will be felt company wide. Dynamics 365 and Excel are used on a daily basis. BI is the future.
