Comprised of multiple business, our core areas of business include health clubs, tourism, wellness, destination spa reports, golf, aquatic and sporting venues in 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand (and expanding) We are in an exciting period of growth and looking for talented people to assist with taking the organisation into the future.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for analysis, budgeting and reporting for multiple leisure venues within Canberra, ACT. Creating financial statements for internal and external company requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Management of the integrity and accuracy of all financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheets and Management Reporting
- Financial business partnering
- Adhere to deadlines at all times in relation to monthly reporting and year end audits
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Assistance with audit procedures and queries
- Learn about and adhere to all company policies

Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (CA or CPA) or working towards
- National Police Check
- WWCC
Preferred Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
- Highly analytical with keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using large accounting systems.
- High level of reporting in previous positions
- Relevant industry experience an advantage
- Essential · 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work without supervision
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, and looking for a challenge
- Experience with statutory reporting
