The Beechwood Hotel is a traditional country pub set in the picturesque Hastings hinterland, just a stones throw from Wauchope and short 25 minute drive from Port Macquarie. The venue has a separate bar and bistro with pool table, beer garden and function room. There's even a hitching rail out the front for your horse!

About the role
We are looking for Management and leadership positions within our team to be filled on a full-time basis. Guided by the Venue Manager, these positions ensure that service standards, customer relations, financial performance and human resource responsibilities are managed successfully.
We are offering a competitive above award wage for this position, based on willingness to roll the sleeves up and/or previous experience. There will be night and weekend work in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. As part of the Flower Hotels group there will be guidance, support and career progression.
Duties include:
- Managing and developing staff.
- Overseeing an awesome customer experience to patrons.
- Cashing up at the end of shift and reporting the day’s trade.
- Overseeing all the different offerings including - TAB, kitchen, retail, bar service and gaming.
- Safety and compliance.
- Innovating ways to increase revenue through marketing, promotions and events.
- Expense management through actively managing labour.
About you
Ideally, but not necessarily, you will have similar experience at other licensed venues.
You must hold a current RSA and RCG.
You are a team player who is customer centric, community minded and great with people.
