· Acquire new retail clients by defining and promoting needed technology solutions.
· Identify and allocate high-level resources, both internal and external, for retail-related projects.
· Conduct market research to identify current and emerging technology trends in the retail industry.
· Collaborate with sales teams to understand client pain points and opportunities for technology solutions.
· Work with internal tech teams to design and implement innovative retail technology solutions.
· Assist in developing strategies and plans to achieve optimal customer experience and effective resource use.
· Identify business and organizational gaps and opportunities using continuous improvement methodologies.
· Analyze and evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures.
· Advise clients on solutions to organizational problems based on gap analysis.
· Manage client relationships, prepare and deliver proposals, and stay updated on retail technology trends.
· Proven experience working with technology in a retail environment (e.g., implementing new systems, integrating existing solutions).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for retail stakeholders.
· Experience in project management and client relationship management.
· Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
