About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the CMP team. This role will be responsible for managing projects to ensure they are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Procure and manage subconsultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Oversee contract administration, including handling claims, variations, and other related tasks."
- Lead the tender, evaluation, and award process.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate technical support during the design and construction phases
About You
We would like you to bring a consultative approach, with an ability to prioritise your work and get things done – and to enjoy what you do, like we do.
Ideally you will also possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in the water industry.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in water infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of contract management and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
