This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:
- Carrying a market study about the different market sectors that Decode can expand to, especially the commercial sector which includes education, pubs, schools, boarding houses, affordable housing, industrial, build to rent.
- Providing guidance and advice with regards to the change management.
- Suggesting changes to the company structure.
- Reviewing the functionality of the business development, including changes to the meetings structure to generate better meetings outcomes, and providing key advice for improving its procedures, including the recommendation of involving the managers from different departments to win projects based on their networks.
- Creating a strategy to improve the positioning and perception of Decode in the market.
- Conduct a business development process report that included analysis and derived conclusions according to the finding.
- Creating long term & short-term goals for the business considering market conditions and opportunities Decode can explore.
- Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
- Reviews operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards.

- Analysing the different construction market sectors to recognise opportunities as per the business strategy, which aimed for differentiation from the solely residential projects portfolio and making recommendations accordingly.
- Creating a roadmap identifying key milestones to achieve the goals.
- Research and analysis of Decode needs; identifying and assessing the problem regarding the slow acquisition of new business, analysing a specific are responsible which is the New Business Department.
- Strategise the objectives into departmental goals.
- Recommendations to address organisation specific problems.
- Strategising the transition into different sectors (commercial, defence, health, etc..).
