The duties of this position include helping organizations to solve issues, creating value, maximizing growth and improving business performance.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering on-time and on-budget and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a demonstrated a track record for establishing excellent stakeholder relationships and handling short lead times.
Key duties:
- Identify business improvement opportunities through detailed discussion with high-level business executives, stakeholders, etc.
- Prepare reports relating to business development opportunities.
- Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules.
- Undertaking analysis of markets and clients to ensure that Design Hub is best positioned to support clients;
- Develop a product brief and vision statement for the new offering/product.
- Determine and communicate the work product of results that will be delivered upon project completion.
- Build a business case outlining expected benefits, strategic fit, time and cost estimates.
- Develop and deliver the roll-out strategy and plan including pilot.
- Developing strong working relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic risks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Skills and attributes required
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role as a Business Consultant
- A love of challenging ideas and having your ideas challenged
- Ability to work independently and productively
- Desire to work in a small team without the safety net of a big firm
- Passion for making a meaningful difference to your clients and team

- Fast learner and strong analytical skills
- Clear and concise communication ability
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management Consulting
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 - $100,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week (full-time position).
