We are currently seeking an experienced, hands on hospitality management couple for this remote but very busy tourist property located in the heart of the Northern Territory.
The property features on site Motel Accommodation, caravan park, Restaurant, Bar, Retail outlet, swimming pool and fuel outlets.
This is a great opportunity to work for a national hospitality company that owns numerous venues in regional Australia.
The successful couple will be experienced, hands on managers, leading their team by example.
This is a live in position with onsite managers accommodation provided suitable for a couple. An excellent place to save the high cost of city living and work with an awesome team of staff for a growing company.

Duties:
- Complete day to day management of the property in a hands on capacity assisting in & overseeing all areas including bar, accommodation, caravan park, fuel, restaurant and grounds
- Recruitment, training, rostering and mentoring of on site staff including all department heads
- Management of stock including stock control, stock ordering, freight logistics and regular stock takes
- Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
- Processing of time sheets and invoices through to external accounts office
- Monitoring of budgets for cost control, wastage and wage costs
- Regular reporting of income, expenses and general business to company directors based off site
- Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
- Monitoring of the power generators, desalinated water plants etc
- Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
- Liaise with local suppliers, police, liquor licensing and communities when required
- Other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous remote area management experience
- Previous experience with large hospitality based properties
- Must have or be able to obtain relevant liquor license
- Must hold a current Manual Drivers License
- Have or obtain prior to commencement a National Police Check
- Be willing to make a minimum 12-24 month commitment
