About the Role

VenuesWest is seeking an experienced Aquatic Facilities professional to lead our Aquatics team. Reporting to the General Manager Venue Operations, the Manager Aquatics manages the programming of the aquatic centre facilities and operations including Customer Service function and leads and directs the teams to deliver aquatic programs and ensure high quality water, venue presentation and maintenance and the delivery of safe and high-quality customer experiences, optimising usage and maximising financial returns.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based between our two aquatics facilities at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont and HBF Arena in Joondalup.

About the Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience in pool management including expertise in plant room operations and water chemistry. Previous experience in leading a team of staff is also essential for this role.
