About the roleOur Business Resilience (BR) team provide specialised advice and support and structure to drive a culture of resilience across the Westpac Group (Group) that will prevent and/or minimise harm to our customers, market and firm in the event of incidents and disruptions.
The Manager role is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the Business Resilience program within Westpac in accordance with Prudential Business Continuity requirements and the Group Policy. Building strong relationships is critical in this role as you will need to work with many different stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll be responsible for- ❎ Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads

Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
