About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Manager - Business Performance & Support joining our Asset Planning & Delivery Services team. You'll support the delivery of infrastructure projects, including governance and assurance, and lead and facilitate strategies and actions to develop and implement group-wide best practice, transformation and improvement initiatives. The role will be based in our Leederville office reporting to our Head of Asset Planning & Delivery Services.
What the role will involve
- Lead the delivery of quality business services, best practice, risk management, lessons management and assurance services
- Manage and develop statewide quality assured land development processes that satisfy customers and stakeholders and minimise business risks
- Manage the resource allocation and performance outcomes of the multi-functional support teams who provide expertise and support to customers across the Group and the Asset Acquisition Process.
- Lead the development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of the Asset Acquisition, Project Management, Engineering and Development Services processes, and ensure effective use of Quality, Environmental and OSH Management Systems
- Lead the development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of the documentation and systems for the Asset Acquisition Process, including key performance indicator reports
- Negotiate and influence the business in the identification of business change projects, strategies, interventions and methodologies that support management priorities
- Support the development and delivery of Group performance reports and monitor to ensure integrity and fit for purpose reporting that supports management decisions for Group and Lead team level
Key skills and experience
You'll have a degree level qualification in commerce, engineering or relevant discipline, along with experience in project management, continuous improvement, business change initiatives and leading multidisciplinary teams. You'll also have experience in analysis and reporting, and knowledge of water related infrastructure assets, schemes and systems would be desirable. Your demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence both senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
