Job description:
The main purpose of the role is to manage the commercial operations of the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens (RTBG) including the marketing, sales, events, retail and fundraising activities in line with the priorities set by the Board and the Director.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

Duties

The main purpose of the role is to manage the commercial operations of the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens (RTBG) including the marketing, sales, events, retail and fundraising activities in line with the priorities set by the Board and the Director.

Desirable Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications particularly in business administration.
• Experience managing a public destination site.
• A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
