Manager Community Partnerships

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join Council’s leadership team as Manager Community Partnerships. 

Do you have a passion for creating better outcomes for our communities, fostering community development opportunities or leading and mentoring a great team?

You will lead important functions that enhance and support our communities, including community planning, community development, recreation and aquatics, community grants and other funding programs, community inclusion and municipal public health and wellbeing.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• a strong customer service focus
• extensive experience in recreation, community development or community engagement
• ability to lead and motivate team members, other staff and community
• sound corporate knowledge, including understanding legislation, program and financial management.
