Workpower has two rare and exciting opportunities to join our fun Community Supports team as a Manager of Community Support. We are looking for one manager to support our central team and one to support our northern suburbs team.
A day in the life of a Manager of Community Supports:
- Work in partnership with customers and their families to plan and budget their supports
- Lead a team of wonderful Support Coaches to deliver quality supports to our customers
- Drive best practices through mentoring and supporting your staff
- Work within a team with diverse skills and a strong sense of community
- Benefit from ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Feel connected to your work and community
- Work with local businesses and organisations to help provide employment opportunities for our customers
- Work within a team to help develop plans that meet customer needs
- Support internal and external stakeholders to collaborate in the best interest of the customers
- Complete end-of-service reports, Risk Assessments and Service Agreements for NDIS customers

- Experience in customer relationship management
