This People & Culture manager contract will see you partnering with C-suite leaders within the corporate support office.This role is responsible for the delivery of the activities that support the People and Culture People Plan including engagement, talent, performance management, employee relations and will see you working closely with the centres of excellence to to shape and implement enterprise people initiatives.
Tertiary qualified in HR/Business (or with equivalent work experience) you will have demonstrated experience in autonomous end to end HR delivery, including implementing talent management and remuneration strategy, as well as the ability to coach and guide managers on ER matters, performance management and employee engagement.
As a true HR generalist you will be customer orientated, self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple changing priorities. You will also be highly accountable and results-oriented and able to gain credibility, manage stakeholders and work with ambiguity. Previous experience working with multi site and mixed workforce's would be a distinct advantage.
This role will require you to work onsite in North Sydney in lovely modern offices 3 days a week and 2 days WFH.
