Lead Transformative Development Initiatives in the Scenic Shoalhaven Region

As Manager – Development Services, you’ll play a crucial role in managing proposed developments within the City of Shoalhaven. Acting as the principal planning development advisor, you’ll actively contribute to our ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with community objectives.
You will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, along with extensive experience in local government development and environmental assessment processes.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills are essential, showcasing the ability to foster collaboration, implement organisational change, and achieve quality outcomes for customers and the community.
High-level negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills will ensure your success while excellent verbal presentation abilities are also a key requirement for this role.
A generous Total Remuneration Package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on the skills, abilities and experience they will bring to the role.
