The ideal candidate:
The Manager will oversee all future generation needs for the newly acquired remote communities portfolio. This includes enhancing understanding of power systems, defining future generation solutions, crafting business cases (with relevant funding strategies), and implementing effective approaches to major project delivery. The goal is to enable remote communities to experience the advantages of reduced carbon emissions.
An innovative, commercially oriented mindset is crucial to leverage technological advancements and devise creative cost optimisation strategies while ensuring equitable benefit sharing.
The role demands a motivated, self-starting individual with a genuine dedication to ensuring remote communities actively participate in and benefit from the transition to green energy. The ideal candidate will showcase the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, including traditional owners, community groups, customers, and independent power producers.
Renumeration Package:
- $200,000 - 250,000PA + Super
- 13 weeks long service leave after 7 years of continuous service.
- Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
- Additional 3 days of Private Leave.
- Special family leave of up to 10 days paid, non-cumulative.
- Top up Personal Leave (up to 500 hours).
- Unlimited Australian working rights
- WA Drivers Licence
- Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Reside in W.A. - International applicants not supported at this time.
