Twynam is looking for an experienced Farm Manager to join our team in Marulan NSW, 2579, to handle administration, data management & Genetics. It is expected that you will be working approximately 70% of the time in the office, and 30% of the time in the field.
Twynam operates a cattle stud in Marulan with a world-leading focus on Feed Efficiency, and a commercial cattle operation at Jugiong.
We are seeking a highly experienced individual to work with the current Farm Manager to drive our systems, data management, data assessment and genetics. As such, you must be tech savvy, and have an understanding of cattle genetics & DNA profiling.
Along with our Angus and Composite studs (ET and AI programs), we operate a feed efficiency testing facility, and manage the farms in a regenerative manner with high intensity rotational grazing in multi species pastures, application of biological mixes, and water management through natural sequence farming techniques.
The successful applicant will be totally self-motivated, have high attention to detail and be efficient with technology and software such as Sapien, & Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
You will also have experience working in the field with cattle.
This position is located in Marulan, NSW. Housing is potentially available.
