About the role
The Manager, Health and Fitness Programs APAC is responsible for leading the provision of Health and Fitness products and services for 350+ Snap Fitness clubs across the Asia Pacific Region. This includes developing appropriate platforms and strategies that facilitate Health and Fitness professionals to successfully operate in clubs providing a range of services including those associated with NDIS, veteran affairs and insurance programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary level qualifications in Health and Fitness is a minimum requirement for this position.
- Demonstrated professional experience in leading and managing exercise and Fitness professionals.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of the accessibility of government funded programs for the fitness industry.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a diverse stakeholder group.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About you
You are a motivated and goal-driven Health and Fitness industry professional with a proven track record in project management and program delivery. You have broad Health and Fitness industry experience that is well beyond that of a PT Manager and you have experience in accessing government programs related to disability or health as well as workers compensation or private insurance rehabilitation programs. Your excellent time management and attention to detail ensure the seamless execution of multiple, sometimes complex, projects simultaneously. Thriving in the energetic environment of the fitness industry, you are passionate about creating impactful relationships with club owners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
