The Community and Oral Health Services are looking for a Manager to join their HR team. You will lead and deliver strategic human resource initiatives to enhance organisational performance and to maximise the leadership, design, and capability of the multidisciplinary workforce within Metro South Community and Oral Health Services (COHS). Providing strategic leadership across COHS, and collaboratively across the broader health service, including leading strategic workforce projects and driving the future workforce-focussed leadership and capability agenda.

About the Role
- Support the Executive Director Human Resources and Executive Director Community and Oral Health Services in shaping the people and culture strategic direction, exercising a high level of business and industrial/political acumen as a trusted advisor.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership of HR activities including policy and planning, industrial relations, performance management, work health and safety, strategic analysis of workforce data and workforce planning, recruitment and selection, compliance reporting and performance monitoring and assurance.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to the Executive team regarding high level complex organisational change, and propose and lead the delivery of associated responses, including industrial strategy and negotiations.
- Define, maintain and ensure COHS people strategy aligns to MSH people objectives to effectively position, and leverage opportunities associated with the major expansion of public health services which includes direction, industrial strategy and negotiations.
