Current opportunity
Our People Advisory Services (PAS) team in Brisbane is seeking to appoint a Manager to join their practice. You will partner with clients to design solutions that help them solve their complex people and workforce related issues, including how to have the right people in place, doing the right things, with the right capabilities, at the right time.
Solutions may include helping clients navigate change programs, designing the optimum workforce capability and capacity needed to deliver upon a current strategy, identifying the talent strategies needed to resolve any gaps and improving leadership capability and workplace culture.

Contributing to the culture and development of future leaders across Consulting

Our team in Brisbane is currently experiencing strong and continuous growth. As a result, we are interested in speaking with candidates who have worked as a Consultant in Human Capital or People Advisory.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong consulting background gained within the Professional Services industry delivering client facing people advisory/human capital projects.
Well-developed core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail)
Technical experience in some of the above focus areas
Demonstrable experience working with stakeholders across a broad range of clients within a professional services environment
An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
