Manager - Industrial Relations
The Manager - Industrial Relations is accountable to the Director - Workforce, Safety & Culture, Rural Support Service for leading and managing Industrial Relations functions and providing a high level of strategic industrial and employee relations advice and service to the six regional local health networks (LHNs) which result in best practice workforce management and development.
The Manager - Industrial Relations leads Industrial Relations projects, ensures the effective management of industrial risk and contributes to workforce policy and procedure development, implementation and evaluation. They manage and report on investigations and provide advice on a range of employee relations matters.
The Rural Support Service (RSS) is a business unit in SA Health that is responsible for providing flexible, responsive and innovative services to support the six regional LHNs. The RSS is spread across regional and metro SA operating in a client-centred model, providing leadership and expertise in digital health and innovation, regional health and wellbeing services, regional workforce planning and development, business services and state-wide clinical services.
