We are seeking an experienced, motivated and driven Manager to lead our Information Communications and Technology (ICT) team in the provision of optimum-level business service and support to our organisation on a full time basis. The Manager ensures the efficient and effective implementation, operation and utilisation of our existing Hospital IT systems and infrastructure, while also further developing and enhancing our services through the innovative use of technology.
The role has a strong project management and team management focus and is key in successfully driving continuous improvement activities within our organisation.
As part of the role, you will be required to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call roster.

Key Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (or similar)
- Management and/or Project Management qualifications (highly desirable)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communications skills
- Demonstrated strong background in Information Technology and Communications (ICT) including developing strategies at business level to drive change towards operational excellence
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Cloud Servers, Azure SQL and Azure Data Lakehouse) (desirable)
- Strong background in Cybersecurity with experience in enterprise grade on-premises and cloud security solutions
- Broad exposure and knowledge of a variety of information service-related areas of specialty including software, hardware and network management and maintenance, data management, virtual server configuration, information security, service desk, application analysis and disaster management and recovery.
- Demonstrated technical experience and knowledge with data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications systems, networking, databases, Web development, Microsoft software applications, Linux Networks and user support
- Proven experience in successfully driving and delivering high-level information service-related projects.
