This role will lead a dynamic team of professionals along with full cost-centre ownership and budget responsibility of the Service Management, Infrastructure Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and Records and Information Management functions. In addition to the day-to-day operational management of the ICT Services team, the successful applicant will also play a key role in several major transformation programs currently underway under the RTA's Digital Strategy.
