AddressThe Manager, Injury Management (IM) is responsible for the provision of direction and corporate leadership in the development and evaluation of departmental IM, systems and departmental objectives to achieve corporate goals. This will require a comprehensive knowledge of the RTW Act and contemporary IR practices.
This role ensures the highly effective and accountable service provision through the implementation of best practice IM strategies and continuous improvement.
The Manager, Injury Management is responsible for implementing and maintaining department wide strategic and operational plans and management strategies for IM services and the provision of highly skilled leadership and management to a large multi-disciplinary team through a culture of performance development.
