The NSW Reconstruction Authority are seeking a Manager for New England, North West, Hunter, and Central Coast to join our Regional Delivery team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of disaster recovery serving as a vital link between the community and the Authority. Your role will be multifaceted, from ensuring local perspectives and priorities are heard to developing robust stakeholder relationships that drive effective disaster risk mitigation, preparedness, and recovery efforts.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in disaster recovery/ emergency management: your thorough understanding and experience in disaster management will be crucial in guiding our operations and initiatives.
- Strong leadership in high-pressure environment: you thrive under pressure, leading with determination in sensitive media and political landscapes.
- Stakeholder engagement expertise: building strong relationships with local governments and communities is second nature to you, enabling effective collaboration and action.
